Current Update
Type A & Type B Show Houses
Construction of Type A and Type B shophouses is progressing toward completion. The main structures, roofs and walls are now complete, while pool structures and ceilings are currently taking shape. Tiles have been delivered and are ready for installation, with every stage carefully checked to ensure quality, precision and attention to detail throughout.

VILLA STRUCTURE
Structural works form the foundation of every residence, with reinforced concrete beams carefully integrated for strength, stability and lasting quality. Each villa is thoughtfully positioned into the natural hillside, designed to sit firmly and work in harmony with the terrain.
ROOFING
Every roof is thoughtfully designed for comfort and protection, with reflective foil helping reduce heat transfer. Carefully considered angles allow rainwater to drain naturally, while the design promotes airflow to keep the home cool and well ventilated.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The infrastructure is thoughtfully designed for the hillside environment, with drainage pipes beneath the roads guiding rainwater safely out of the development. Cement-built roads provide a strong, durable foundation for everyday access.
UTILITY
Every utility system is thoughtfully planned and installed for reliable performance, with carefully routed pipework and individual hot water systems. Essential infrastructure is discreetly integrated to preserve the clean design of each villa.
